"We stayed in the romantic Chambre Hélène from 27-29 June. The room was separated from the other rooms, and has a private entrance next to a vine-covered flowery wall behind the house. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, quiet, very comfortable, and had a large window. The entire bathroom looked brand-new and the towels were very thick and soft, which made the room feel like a friend’s guest room or an upscale hotel. The breakfast was amazing!! Dolorès made everything with the freshest ingredients, including several varieties of delicious jams and compotes. Dolorès agreed to sell me a few jars of her jams, which I really appreciated.The location is great for visiting the châteaus at Chenonceau, Ussé, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, and Islette.We would stay here again the next time we tour the Loire Valley."

Our stay to discover the castles of the Loire was particularly successful thanks to the warm welcome and comfort of Clos des Bérengeries. A flawless simply! A pleasant setting, a spacious room, quiet, clean, bright colors, a friendly welcome and a hearty breakfast with a multitude of homemade jams all better than the others! What more ?!
